Why can't I handle M14 EBR?
Many people say it's the noobiest gun. So it is.
But I doubt it.
My two accounts have almost all kinds of rifles in total. And I perform worst with M14.
I switched between M14, M16 and other guns tens of times in 1 vs 1 mode and in clan war.
And I found M14 always failed me.
The reason?
I can't handle it's recoil.
At close range M14 is the best. No doubt.
But at long range it sucks.
I made single shot at long range, two or three shots per second.
I shot three or four bullets with M14, and only the first bullet hit the target.
With M16 and any other gun, I could make sure most bullets hit body (if not head).
Why?

cant answer directly to your question , as i dont have m14 , but i know that you will do better if you play with 1 gun , not to switch every gun after every game . If you use 1 gun for a long time you will be unstopable believe me , just try to stick with it for a week ,aaanddd you r the ace ... G.Luck

Thanks. I got what you mean.
Actually I use Scar Light RD to farm my KDR.
And I use M16A2 for clan war (to avoid someone saying me noob).
For the way I shoot, there is no big difference between Scar Light RD and M16A2.
M14 is the only exception.

I have the M14EBR Xmas myself, and Iam very good with it no doubt, what you have to do is NOT to spray with it, you will fail horribly, but instead, you need to triple fire, yeah I know it dosn't have triple fire but use short bursts, and because of it's massive damage, 3 shots will normally kill him, unless he is wearing armor which means you need 4 hits.
But you have SCAR L R.D?

I have this gun as well. At first, I was always using Scar Light and M4s. You get used to being able to spray and quick bursts to kill. With the M14, its totally different. You can not shoot more than a 3 shot burst or the 4th, 5th, 6th and Etc will be all over the place. Its spray pattern is a BIG T. However, with that said, if you can control your reflexes and do 1, 2 and 3 shot bursts. OMG, its a beast. When I play with my friends, I usually take a M4 or other noobish gun to fight. Once they start owning me or ****ing me off, the M14 comes out and the party is over for them. Love this gun!

That's bad advice. ^I agree with both of these.
When standing still, the spray pattern is very easy to control. When moving, the spray pattern is very difficult to control.
The M14EBR is very good at bursting and 1 shotting, but spray with it (especially when moving) and you'll be dissapointed. It's not a spray and pray gun. -

Very true. Someone like KAZ can snipe with just a sliver of the target emerging from the corner within .1 sec.
If you don't have a spray war against the M14, and just headshoot, you can beat M14. -

Bro, everything in this game defies logic. Shotguns appear to shoot like BB guns and people can still walk after be legged by a sniper.
Regardless of these issues, we can all agree that Sooper Pickle needs to be informed of these threads. I think a new age in foruming has just begun. -

I know, i just find it funny that i own/used both weapons, it's safe to say after a day at the shooting range my body will be more sore from the m14.
