I cant start playing ...

Hi all, 1st sorry for my bad english...
Im from Portugal.
Im try'ing to connect the game, but allways saying
Error to login, credentials error...
I enter my password correctly but stills saying my password is wrong...

BTW , when i stop to much time in login page,
The game crash , and appears 1 mensage .

Server timed out....

Help me please i want play....
Im registered in Europe crossfire and in z8games

I got pentium 4 - 2.3
4 gb ram memory
500 hard disk space
1024 Graphic's Card

    1.) When you don't log in for around 1.5+ Mins, you get that error. Everyone gets that not just you.
    2.) Make sure you are using the right account, you can't play CF NA (Z8games) with a CF EU (gamerage) account.
    3.) Ensure you are in the "Green Zone", some countries have been blocked from crossfire NA, because they can play CF EU. For example, If you live in Italy you can't make a CF NA account and play any more.
    4.) Make sure you haven't forgotten your password, maybe you simple can't remember it and hence can't log into the servers. (Support Ticket can help with this)
    5.) Try re-installing the whole game and see if this solves the problem.

    If the above don't help, try sending a support ticket and give them as much detail as possible from your issue.

    Due to licensing issues, you can't login to our servers since you're technically part of the CF Europe licensing.
