ZP on hold...

I did 2 surveys and paid $$$ to successfully complete the survey but I did t receive any ZP. I sent in the support ticket but still no progress. The survey was worth 28k ZP +

Anyway...any ideas....any help would be appreciated!

If the survey provider hasn't confirmed the completion of the survey then you should talk to them before talking to Z8.

Which survey provider was it? Can you attempt to get into contact with their customer support?
