Stolen account

hey
my account has been stolen twice I returned once but the second time it was hard to return it
I have the SA and the e-mail and the ID all i need was the password
and also i have the creation date and the zp codes
so please can anybody help
and please GM Saidin can you help as soon as possiable if u need more information please contact me
