Black Market: Winning SWAT Character?

I bought 10 Royal Dragon Crates and on my 9th and 8th spin it showed me winning the SWAT Character and only being able to win the SWAT Character. I went to my inventory to see if I won 3 SWAT Characters but i didn't win any, Then i looked to see if i won anything like an MP5_Adv or a Spray or GP, but everything was the same, I looked and it showed that i didn't use any of my crates than i restarted CF and it said i had used 2 of my crates and won nothing? I restarted my computer and it was fixed but I think i got 2 crates stolen from me..?

sometimes it means you won something, check your inv again

That is the default if, for some reason, the display of your win failed. Don't worry, the item you won was still put in your inventory. It might be difficult to figure out what it was. You did not win a character.

Alright Thanks. I was sort of disappointed that i didn't get anything but i guess it's a bug.

Not necessarily a bug because things beyond Smile Gate's control can happen during that time. For example, say you lose your internet connection during that time. It takes a bit for the game to time out, but something has to be displayed for your win so there has to be some type of default. Which is worse, being forced to exit or not knowing your prize?

Its caused by losing connection to the server, our server tells you what you win however if you lose connection during the server still knows exactly what you won and adds it to your inventory, however your client is unable to receive data and doesn't know what you won. The placeholder icon for items is the swat character.
