BR crossfire

Im just curious on what was the whole point of adding a server in Brazil. They dont use it. I am thinking that they are just to challenged to even know it exists. How about adding an IP restriction so they cant make new accounts. Also how about letting them move their accounts over to BR crossfire if they choose to. Why waste money on a server that has no interest with the intended party? Is it just me that feels how ridiculous this situation is?

Well most BR's aren't transferring over there because they don't want to just start over and lose there precious accounts. Its like imagine if I had a captain rank account with over 10 zp weapons from crates and one day I had to start playing that version with a completely new account and wasn't aloud to play on my old one...Z8 isn't the one incharge of banning IP adresses from what I know..

Maybe if BR's got to keep there account and have it transferred over to CFBR then they would do it.

They wont for obvious reasons, they can easily profit again from that and I agree with them... after all it's not really Saidin's fault that they joined this game knowing it wasn't accessible from Brasil with a stable connection.

um Im sure z8 owns the servers or leases them but controls them and the firewall as well. I dont know their infrastructure but im sure they control it.

It's not a problem of allowance, it's a problem of it's not physically possible to allow them too.

Both versions of the game are different. CrossFire LA will take some time to catch up to us, meanwhile we're catching up in terms of amount of content and similar content to other versions.

Accounts can't be transferred because data that is available in CrossFire NA/UK isn't available in CrossFire LA.

IP Restrictions in the future to prevent South American players from the NA/UK version and to redirect them to CrossFire LA is possible, however there are no current plans to do so.

I've noticed a major drop in the Latin American population over the last month. I find more 1000+ pingers than 200+ pingers lately, but its fun to just pistol whip them because spraying up close doesn't work. Pistols are best, and they lag drop anyway. Comical fo shizzle

What I don't understand is why they play CFNA at all. If I had 200+ ping the first day I ever played this game I would have never played again. I don't even like playing in the UK servers where I have 120 or so ping.

I get their attachment to their accounts but personally I would rather play on a noob account with good ping then on a beefed up account with 200+ ping. Sure you don't have any fancy guns but at least when you shoot people the bullets would register.

I got no beef with BRs, I just hate dumping half a clip into some guys face for no dmg.

They made CF BR to show the Brasilians Z8 is looking out for them and to show they care about them. They love Brasilians and will never restrict them from this version.

Look how hypersentive they are when you mention "BR", in fact I bet they'll lock this thread sooner or later.

They don't care however about everyone playing this version lumbering them with 160-500 pingers.
