z8games: this games isnt ALL about making money, its more about making people happy

*NOT A QQ POST, ITS MY OPINION*
From the previous patches, including the march patch (Royal Dragon), many people are PlSSed off because the old system was changed to a new unfamiliar system.
Last patch, which was the HMX patch (Febuary), the perm axe was removed from the coupon system and replaced with temporary shotgun and storm. WTF z8, thats a stupid move. I know saiden or another GM/mod explained the removal of the perm axe, but i'm not satisfy with their answer. The ultimate answer is just to make more money, however, they did not mention that. I'm not saying making money is not good, who doesnt like money right? In the while ur making money, please consider your consumer's altitudes for the change. My clan leader, he was 1 coupon away from the perm axe, he was not about to get zp for a while, now he cant get it anymore.
Replacing perm guns with temporary guns, seriously? I'm talking about the BM coupon. I appreciate the release of new weapons, but why replace the existing popular weapon? Coulda made it for BP, I have about the BP to last few years because they only add BP guns once in a year. If you havent noticed already, before these recent patches, only the top row of coupon exchange was temporary weapons. The rest are all perm weapons. Now the temporary weapons "conquered" the perm weapons. The reason why I brought the perm axe up instead of AK47 camo, DE camo, or AUG camo is because the perm axe is exclusive. In contrast, AK47 camo, DE camo, and AUG camo are GP crate guns and I would rather spin crates than wasting my coupon of guns I can get for cheaper. Perm axe used to be the god of melee weapons until kris and kukri (both temporary unless u have the exclusive verison) was released. If z8 staffs play other games, any game involving items, if an item you really like was removed before you can get it, how will you feel?
In the new content page, there is a XM8 spring. I bet most people are like me, they cant find it anywhere in the game. I check the mall, GP and ZP. I checked the black market, and all the temporary rewards. Guess where I found it? the dog tag for daily missions. The 5 crates of DE scope is GONE! Now its a gay XM8 spring. I meant i have a XM8 adv already and its gay enough.
Another very popular gun is the M4A1 custom, its actually the first gun ive gotten since I started playing. Back then it was literally the best gun in the game. and it was cheap 60 coupons. i'd say 80 coupons is reasonable because its a zp gun. Because its 80 coupons now, EVERYONE JUST GO BUY M4A1-S PATRIOT CRATES!!!!
I really want to know what z8games spent OUR money on. I will just be whatever if they invest OUR money on new modes and service us more. If you really wanna serve the people who give you the money so you can go in your office and make it rain, take out those hackers. Since the old way was not efficient, and z8 and their partners just love changes, invest OUR money to create a better anti hacker software, system, etc. I appreciate the new modes, they really make this game unique than other FPS games. I think the current CF armory is about good enough. So dont waste OUR money in such ways to take MORE of OUR money.
I know we all have the freedom to choose to buy zp or not, but the way society is. You just want to look "cool" with all these brand new re-skin version of the same guns. In addition, z8 is making this game more like whoever have the best weapon is gonna win. Its not 100% true, but in most cases like m14 (xmas) vs UZI and Mauser RD vs M9.
Before you reply with a negative comment, think about what I wrote is reasonable first.
