@Saidin : Still no ZP, yet a hasty & unresolving reply from support

I submitted a support ticket in apparently the wrong section, and it was promptly closed, yet my request for assistance for the ZP itself has no reply.

Seeing as support doesnt work on weekends, am I pretty much screwed til next week with no ZP, and have being charged the $42.99?
