My acc stolen after new patch!

I was lucky that I had won all royal weapons in the morning. But after that someone PM me like "congratulations". I replied "ty". Then I can't log on my acc any more. I didn't give my psw and email to anyone. And even I can't remember my registered email.

I sent a ticket but the staff ignored it for 7 hours! I know my IP address and security answer.

I am playing for GM tourny! I can't play without my account now. How can you ignore it for so long time.

And now the acc stealer is playing with my acc and changed my IGN!!! And he kik.ed my clan members!!! It is so emergent. Please deal with it ASAP!

Q1: I have ZP in it how can I freeze my acc?
Q2: How soon will z8 reply me?
Q3: How ppl stole my acc only by PM me?

I hope I can hear positive replies soon.

Please reply me in ticket and block that acc stealer's IP !!!

Q1: I'm pretty sure it can't be "freezed"
Q2: You can't expect a reply from the Tech Support in 7 hrs. It usually takes 24-48 hrs.
Q3: I'm pretty sure you didn't get hacked from someone just PMing you. You must of done one possible thing out of all the possible ways to get hacked.

I just want to chime in here with a note.

It is impossible to steal account information by whispering "ty" to someone in chat.

Something more happened here. Perhaps a few months back you entered your information in a scam site. And then after winning the Royal Dragon weapons someone saw that and then used your information to get on your account.

Who knows what the case may be, support will answer that for you. However whispering "ty" to someone (unless ty is the answer to your security question and your password and your email) will not cause you to lose your account.
