Looks like there's some issues with the deposit page as a whole. We're looking in to it.

We're no longer seeing any problems with the deposit page on our end. There may be something wrong with the UGS card or site?

Everything should be fine on our site.

I get "pay by cash is preparing..." and it doesn't...prepare. I think it's on paybycash's end.

We just heard back from PayByCash.

Their response is they are experiencing Network problems and have their tech departments working on it.

This will affect UGC and PayByCash transactions.

There is no immediate ETA for when this will return to normal, however we expect they will have it solved soon.

Note that this is affecting anyone who deals with PayByCash including visa.com and playspan.
