Ok, so listen z8games, I need an honest answer.
Can someone tell me how its possible for me to win so many GP and ZP crate guns over the past year, and ever since the halloween patch 2011, I have NOT been able to win ANY guns from crates? I spun 50 of the new crates, and saw either the Mauser or Kukri in 45 out of 50 crates. Either above of below the 3 winning selections. Wtf is that BS? Take the gun win limit cap off!! You are making people LITERALLY waste their money, by them spending money on ZP crates and never win permanent guns after they get 11 pages of guns.
You should really change the spinning animation to more of just a click a button once, and the prize is selected.this shid is FALSE ADVERTISENENT. you COULD win these guns, HELL! WE'LL EVEN SHOW YOU THAT YOU (MAY HAVE ALMOST) WON AN AMAZING PERM GUN! But, you didn't.
Showing me a perm gun every spin above the 3 slots is bull. I don't wanna see any other weapons other than the guns/items I won from that specific crate. Spinning $500 on ZP over the last 3 patches and winning nothing is ridiculous.
I saw people with EVERY gun on their profiles from BOTH Halloween and Xmas patches, but no good guns from patches prior.
Bottom line: Either take the crate gun win cap off, or give me my money back.

No one is forcing you to buy crates.
And there is no limit as to how many crate weapons you can win, the only limit is of the same weapon.
I think you cannot win more than 3 of the same crate guns. (For example, you can't have 4 Golden RPKs).
Since there is no limit, you have no right to get your money back.

You can win every ZP Crate gun. The limit is not a cap of different gun versions, you are able to win every crate gun.
The limit is for items such as the holiday hats and I believe there might be a cap for how many of each one you can have.
You can however collect them all.
Whether you buy crates or not is your business, not G4Box's. Nor does G4Box make the system in which you buy crates, SmileGate does. Wish to complain? Talk to the Koreans.
What you see and what you get for guns when you spin a crate is based off a code that is essentially as random as a computer can process.
No one but yourself is making you waste money. You are shown what prizes you can get from a crate and it does not promise you will get a gun, it simply shows what the best prize is, the gun. Whether you have enough self control to stop buying after you didn't win it is your problem.
Feeling ripped off by the Black Market? -
Just hold your money. The Win Rate has dropped over the past year. And all the other perks for buying ZP have been drying up. This is gambling and the ODDs are not in our favor anymore. if you have an old account, then you have some nice stuff in it. If this is a new account, just get all your bp weapons and buy what you like in the item shop.

The win rate is still the same. If it had changed it would be said publicly.
It is technically not gambling either. Gambling means you are not guaranteed a prize for your money. In the crate systems you are guaranteed three prizes, they are just random. You are shown what prizes you can win and you get three of them. You have no chance of losing your money and gaining nothing. -

I do hate how all the seasonal crates with multiple guns in them show the permanent items without giving you them, however there is no limit to the amount of different guns you can get. The only limit like that is, you can only have a maximum of 6 of the same gun.
You just got very lucky if you were winning a lot of guns with amounts of zp under 100k. My average zp spent per zp crate gun is about 300k. -

And they do. But if you want your single voice heard, contact them. The publishers do not create the game and they talk to the developers about things the community has talked about in the masses. You're a single voice here complaining about something because of your own issue. No one is making you pay $500 on crates. You are not promised a gun, you simply have a chance to win that gun.
And people have a better chance at hitting the mega millions than winning ZP guns permanently? I'll be sure to remember that as I see 20 people every 5 minutes or so win a gun and then watch TV and see the millions of failures of the world fail to win even 20 grand on a lottery.
