Abandoning Clan without Security Answer

I made a clan, then passed it onto my friend [ricolala], and he doesn't remember his Security Password so he can't disband the clan. He didn't use a legit email when registering, so he can't retrieve it, and he's pretty sure it was gibberish he entered when they asked for a security code during registration.

He wants to get out of it so he can join my clan.

This is why you should always keep track of information that you enter upon registering. You can try to submit a support ticket, but without sufficient proof of ownership of the account I'm not sure if you'll get far.

This would mean my friend would have to make a new account in order to ever join a new clan. That's outrageous, as he's spent money on his account.

Ya just like Greycloak said send a support ticket in. fill out as much info you know. also put in your most recent purchases of zp etc..
I forgot my account info and support helped me. It will probably take a few weeks but you have to be patient.
