dpi - dots per inch

How does a higher or lower dpi on your mouse affect gameplay? Are there any advantages or disadvantages having more or less dpi for your mouse? How does someone playing with 400 dpi
differ from lets say someone with 5000 dpi?

Hope you guys can answer some of these questions for me

It's easy, if your mouse has low dpi you may have difficulties with aiming, but over a limit there isn't noticeable difference.

Lower DPI: Lower sens
Higher DPI: Higher sens

since you can change mouse sensitivity in game dpi isnt that much of an issue.

Sometimes,my sens in game is 0,but it's still too fast for me

That is because your dpi is to high.

Decrease the dpi and it should be oke.
If you got no dpi change button on your mouse or the software.

Try checking the windows control panel for mouse options and decrease it's speed it should help.

The higher the dpi and the lower crossfire's sensitivity in game, the better.

Well I got razer deathadder mouse and it has like 4k something dpi. I think the higher dpi means the more like smooth the turning and stuff is in game..idk :P
