Sorry to burst your bubble, but De_Dust2 is a map that is owned by Valve ( creators of Counter Strike). If they did make such a map remaking it, they could get sued. Maybe in the future, I don't know, they will buy a license to use the map. Until then or maybe never, De_Dust 2 will not be on Crossfire. (Using common sense) There is another version of crossfire, (Vietnam one?) that uses De_Dust but they bought a license to use stuff from Counter strike.
