HGWC Error, please help =D

I haven't played for a while, so i re-downloaded the setup and installed the game.. Then when i try to launch it, everything goes well till xtrap finishes checking but the game doesnt open, then this appears.

Think that means you didn't connect to xtrap fast enough

I understand english, but why did it happen? My ping aint that bad.. 75~

Download the game n re install it. not off a usb/flashdrive .., you need to do it from scratch. Make sure your firewall is shutt off. and if it still does not work send a support ticket.

I did, and do they actually respond to support tickets?

Hmm I really don't know then something tells me it's you're ISP..

they dont respond to surpport ticket,but tech team will look at the case

Not sure why you said this, every one of your tickets that you opened was sent a response in a timely manner..

Internet Service Provider.

Either the XTrap server went down for updates, or its your own connection unable to connect to the XTrap server. Try turning off firewalls or simply trying again later.
