Better ribbons and faster hack kicking.

Two suggestions, one which I believe should be implemented immediately. The first suggestion is something I have been thinking since I was first introduced to the kicking system in crossfire, while the second is simply to promote a selfless attitude and a better community.

1. The kicking system is quite flawed in that if 10 people vote to kick someone they will be kicked but not as soon as the count reaches 10 but rather after everyone has voted. This makes no sense fundamentally as the reason someone is being kicked is because they are unfairly giving themselves an advantage, or most likely, killing your team without warrant. I cannot count how many times I have died while the kicking process is at 10 people, or the game is ending with 10 people kicking this person but they kept those kills they unfairly procured. The moment the votes reach 10, since after someone casts their vote they cannot change it, why not have that person kicked immediately so they cannot inflict further damage on the team whilst cheating? Most hacks, if they know they will be kicked, go all out right before they are kicked anyways.

2. This is more of a general idea that the ribbons touched on in the beginning of their introducing but have recently strayed away from. Make more ribbons like the "ZP for Everyone" which encourage a better community as people must work together to attain them. My suggestion is to turn the "Revival of the fittest" into a ribbon looking more like "revive 500 teammates" and call it "Slinky's ribbon of servitude/kindness". With a few exceptions possibly being the "Like a baws" and "Credit to the clan" most of the ribbons are focusing on single player achievements.

Post any suggestions you guys have for ribbons that focus on deviating from the usual mono dimensional single player/ individualistic ribbons.
