My Ribbons are Made of Crystal problem.

Ok so I got the ribbon for having 20 ribbons total and I SHOULD be getting the gun but I have had the ribbon for about 8 hours and still no reward! I have contacted Z8 but I dont think I will get the info I need. What's going on!!

Rewards take between 24 and 48 hours to be delivered.

8 hours isn't anywhere near these waiting times, please be patient and you should get your reward tomorrow if not the day after.
