Can't apply for clans

When I press "apply" to join a clan, I get this screen:

Z8 Games is having problems, or just routeen maintanence on the clan page which conflicts with clans entirely.

Nah. It's just happened to me, and this bug has been there for months now. This HAS to be corrected, really.
