Rival Factions

First, we know Ghost, the leader of Black List in Operation Triton and then I went on the Rival Faction page and it said at the top "RF will return shortly" or something similar to that? So if Ghost is dead, what happens to Black List?

We'll probably figure that out in RF Season 3

I personally am interested what happened to him, if he truly died.
I remember the other mission notes, for escape mode, where an explosion somehow killed one of the main players?

I don't remember it too well, prob gonna go and try to find it
