patch_cf that never load and say patch client is already running

i have 2 computers,but one of them get the problem with installtion.when i have finished the installtion. i press icon CF then i press the button start, but the game dont run and dont annouce any info of error. then i repress ,it apears a small notice : patch client is already running. As it would seem there are somethings who blocks the file patch and it cant load into the game, i have tried to turn off the fire wall, reinstall the game,then i presse directly on the patch_cf but it is the same. can you help me this ? thanks you very much
