My account has been hacked
My account has been hacked.
How can I retrieve it?
I've tried to arrange ticket, but failed. In the ticket I was told that my account is banned, but it is not true, I just want her back. But it seems that they are not taking it seriously.
Note: I did not give my personal data, or anything

I know your feeling, my account was flagged for account sharing? Pathetic. -
The case is that my account is not banned, it just mysteriously hacked. And I want her back
How are you so sure your account isn't banned? Also, accounts don't get mysteriously hacked out of the blue. I'm sure the GMs or the MODs would be the first targets. -
Account's don't just get "Hacked". Would require you to get into the SQL server Database and pull player information. Which i could only imagine there are 100's of tables. As well and Encrypted so that you can't just go "Oh hey it's so and so's profile I want that one" or else people would steal Saidin's account for instance. All sure coded into some Hex Encryption..
So you sir. Did NOT get hacked. You either A: Went for one of those "Hey? Want free Zp?" scams. OR. You decided hey I'm getting rolled. Let's download some hacks. YES THAT'S THE ANSWER. YES I'M PWNING. Logout. Log back in and BAM! Keylogged.

I do not know, my account was hacked mysteriously, but just that I wanted her back, but they do not take me seriously, I'm so sure because I saw her playing this morning

I used hack, but that was a long time. Now I do not use and do not want to come close to using. Even if someone offers me I do not use, nor anything down that I do not know which is reliable -

It's highly likely that the creator of the hack kept your info until now. Don't download malicious programs. -
Unfortunately, it has been the case where some hacks have had keyloggers in them and could rob you of your information without you knowing.
Buying them doesn't necessarily get rid of that risk.
You will have to deal account issues through support.
And seeing as they reply back, you should continue that same ticket.
