HGW Stuck at 4%

Well today i was about to go to play crossfire and I tried to log in but then it wouldn't load as i got to the HGW Game Watcher part. I submitted a question and it told me to create a thread since I couldn't find the answer on one of the previous threads. I have been trying to fix this for about an hour and it says W[2003] L[0] after a few minutes. I tried re-installing and restarting my computer.
