hey

i was playing cf perfectly an hour ago , then i closed it & started downloading somethings till i eat , but when i came back & tried to play the game :

so what to do ??

plz tell me anything but download the game client again coz cf downloader is so damn slow

    We actually don't host files online, if you have a friend ask him to send you his/her RF017.REZ file and replace yours.

    The solution here would be not to modify your weapon textures.

    i swear i didn't modify anything !!

    i just used killmarks that called "Power Marks - Blue" which i downloaded from ModHub, so i think there is nothing illegal in that...

    if u want, u can scan my cf client & if u found anything else than that, ban me !

    You can't be banned for changing a Kill mark image.

    However we can't do anything about the game not functioning if files are modified. Changing some of the UI and HUD elements within the game is entirely possible since those files are unpacked and left in the raw form in the game folders.

    But if the game gives you a file changed error (no matter what file its referring to), it makes it difficult for us to support the problem.

    The game does, under normal install circumstances, run perfectly fine. So if the files are modified it is difficult for us to figure out the problem.


    HPX is correct in that if HGW is scanning rf017 and detecting a problem then somehow it was modified and replacing that single file should solve the issue (assuming the single file is coming from an unmodified, unhacked clean version of the game). But your best bet will be to remove the game and reinstall a clean version as that works 100%.

    i really want to redownload the game , but this cf downloader is so slow , my turtle would beat it , 5 KB/S !! everything else works fine but it , that can't be normal...

    i just wish if u bring back these direct links , it would be awesome

    anyway , thnx for help :)
