Is my account in danger?

I was shocked.
I didn't play this game for a few days.
Today I logged in and quit WITHOUT playing any round, and I saw this:

I repeat:
I didn't play any round! I didn't enter any game room!
How can I have 14 kills and 5 deaths today?

Then I checked my alt account, and I found the same issue.
That account has more than 50 kills and about 10 deaths today.
But, I didn't play with that account for a very long time!

Is there a bug, or...
Is my account hacked by someone?

LOL, its neither.

If you didn't play, your KDR remains from your last play day session.

Example: If i play on Friday and get 100 kills 50 deaths, when i log in on saturday without playing it will show 100 kills and 50 deaths. Once you play a game it will go to whatever score you get.

no problem, just test out my theory play playing 1 quick game, or joining a game then leaving.

If your KDR for the day matches up with the score of the new game you just played, then i was correct.
