I have an alt with no honorable soldier i can still get into decent GM clans.. It's just another ribbon who cares?... He's put money and time into his account why would he make a new acc? -
Personally, I don't know how easy it is to get a chargeback, I never charge anything to an empty account, nor do I know how the OP lost their ribbon for sure.
I'm just going to say moral of this story is don't do anything you're not willing to accept the consequences for.
I'm no pro, nor will I be looking to be pro, so if a pro clan didn't like me cause I didn't have the required pixels (lol) I wouldn't really care.
If OP is looking to be pro he's gonna have to remake his account, if hes not looking for game sponsors and whatever else real pros do, I'm going to say that ribbon doesn't really matter and he can just explain in his clan apps why he don't have it. -
Considering that most top pro NA clans require it i think it would be a good idea to restart but if you had spent that much money, just move on.

Don't want to be a General rank one day and don't have the Honor Ribbon. People will look at your profile and say, geez, I didn't know you were a hacker once.
Honorable Ribbon is there for a reason, a very good one I might add.
Be proud of your effort and determination to start over clean and straight.
You are still only a Sargent, if you are a Colonel now, and you don't plan to be in any competition, then keep it. -
There are other ways to loose your honorable ribbon besides cheating , so i would just keep the account .
Honor ribbon is recoverable if it was lost not for cheating. If you cheated it is gone for good.
People will laugh at you if you ever brag about your skill without the Honor Ribbon. -
i've bought countless amounts of zp using that option and never been investigated o.O.It wasn't a chargeback, it was more of them being suspicious because I purchased 30k ZP from MOPAY. No clue why that's considered suspicious though, but my account went under investigation for two-three days for it.
possibly send a report ticket and ask for it back, if it was just an account investigation for such a minor thing.
