server is full error

okay the title says it...my clan members and i tried to play a gm together..and it wuld say server is full EVERYTIME..everytime we made a gm room..wen we joined other things it worked fine...idk y its doing this but can yu fix it?

really.. i saw threads about other server issues.. the one about the beta server and one about the game not loading once connect is hit(ie it the loading bar freezes part way thru) but have not seen word on this very very very big problem... could u direct me to this thread.? i have looked and cant find it... and just seeing a official acknowledgment of this issue would make me feel 10 times better.
