No PM's (cannot recieve private messages)

So, basically I have this problem that has been going on since I was able to get my temp. ban lifted. Basically I cannot receive private messages (pm) at all. I have tried to send them multiple time to my self from various accounts and I have asked other players to try to send pm's to me as well but to no avail.

If someone could look into this it would be greatly appreciated thanks.

ps: Also if this is a continuation of punishment for my previous actions which lead to my temp. ban I understand I am just curious as to why this is occurring.
