it's a glitch that comes with the replay system, it basically shows every grenade that was thrown at that place during some point of their flight.

this is not fake when i can send you the replay if you want. Well i just looking it for making a game video whit my cool awsome fraps and when i see that i stop. So i do free camera for move and i saw that.
