Failed to pass "security validations"?

"Failed to pass security validations" is general words for - "You have entered incorrect information". I've answered this type of question a lot, so I know what I'm saying.

When you are purchasing via Credit Card - you need to ensure ALL information matches the credit card itself. A simple capital letter in the wrong space will cause this "Failed to pass security validations" error.

For examples -

Name: john smith
- Problem is, the "J" and "S" need to be capitalized to John and Smith as that is proper grammar, and that is what it has on the credit card.

Address: 24. linkton avenue
- Problem, capitals again, and no puncuation in the address.

ONE simple spelling mistake, or misplacement of a letter will trigger this error - therefore you need to revise the information properly.

On the other hand, I get this error sometimes when I enter the correct information and I double check. The best you can do is use a different method such as BuddieShops - They have a credit card option, but I tend to do Google Checkout, as I trust it.

Then it is to deal with your credit card company. The method you chose said you couldn't buy again was due to THEIR security policy - your credit card companies security policy might be different. I'd call them.

You can also try another method. I personally do Google Checkout, or I buy off Playpan and redeem the codes.

Yes, BuddieShops is trustworthy. Go to Deposit > BuddieShops and then choose your method. Google Checkout is a sub-method under BuddieShops, meaning they are the same thing, just a different payment method (company-wise).

Depends, as I don't really know. I'd suggest you to use their Google Checkout option; it takes 15 minutes after the purchase to deliver to your Z8 Games account, but it's trustworthy and I've never had a problem with it.

Ok what if you have been charged for it but still didnt get it (the ZP)

Happens to me. I can only deposit zp every 2 days.

Spring patch is around the corner. I'd say save some zp
