error 24_1

hello. a few days ago i bought the weapon Colt m16a3 lmg ans since then when i play with that weapon i get this error Cf Client Error Code Number :24_1. searched google and on what tot do but nothig(found that updates to directx, .net framework and visual .... but bo change). this error appears only when i play with this weapon, for the rest it's ok. srry if there is another thread with the same problem(couldn't find it).
