Account Support
Hi, i sent a support ticket about my account issues, i played cf a while ago and now my profile for this account and weapons are all gone, i am wondering what happen to them all but i get this reply
"Please note, we are not responsible for the loss of items due to being hacked, account sharing, lending people items, scams, trading for item mall items, or for any other reasons that are beyond our control."
I never let any one on my account, i simply didn't play for a while and now all that i owned is simply gone..including my name, kdr, rank.. weapons
i'm not asking for much but my original items to be returned along with the rank etc..
i only had m4 deag and awm and now nothing..
it seems like they didn't even bother reading my ticket but just reply with that thinking it got hacked. this is a system error and not user related, i'd appreciate a decent response to this situation and hopefully a solution..

I'm sorry bro I feel bad 4 ya..I can just say send support ticket or wait MOD to reply to you...Um hope something good happens. Ik the feeling if someone would just be like "send a support ticket" and your amazing account gets hacked or banned..not saying thats ur situation but just an example.

There is nothing that the forums can do for you. You have no choice but to send another ticket. Not even Saidin can help you, because it isn't the forum's job. -

First off it seems that there was some miscommunication here. And for that we apologize.
When you send in a ticket it helps to reference as much information as possible. I realize that this puts more owness on you however there are some situations that become impossible to deal with unless we get more information.
For example:
The ticket says the following:
"I haven''t played this game in forever, but my solider profile is gone and my guns are gone too, is there any way to get any of them back?"
In a case like this we look at the account that is submitting a ticket. In this case again, this profile while created a long time ago has nothing associated with it in our system.
It was likely tagged then with a general response given to the many many users who complain about lost guns. Of which 99.9% of them are gone due to lost accounts, which in turn is due to lost account information because of a lack of security.
It's an unfortunate byproduct of dealing with so many requests that are in other languages in which we have to find ways to figure out what the user is talking about etc. And in this case since it seemed a lack of information was provided (not referencing any specific account) this is the answer you got.
This being said, there is nothing wrong with you replying to that answer with your further concerns. The issue, while responded to, doesn't close you off from responding further.
This one seems like it was tagged in the wrong category, and inevitably when cases like this come back they are always unique.
We're looking in to what may have happened with this account, however at first glance from our tech team it seems that the account was created on the z8 games website but it was never logged in to our game (thus not creating a player profile).
I'm going to be closing this thread here as any further information about specific accounts or inventories or whatever the case may be needs to be sorted through support to prevent future security issues. Hopefully though this post can serve as a little bit extra information for what went on here and a small apology for you not getting the correct answer in the first place!
