Bute files

i can load up and log into crossfire but when i join a game and it goes to the loading screen the loading bar half fills up then it just crashes and files pop up saying things like DISTRIBUTIONBOX_BUTE_FILE Loading Failed and ITEM_BUTE_FILE LOading Failed has anyone got a solution because i really want to play
