When do the Rival factions Ribbon will be able again?

Hi, i cant chose the Rival Factions side.. Why, and when do I can chose it again??

Everyone that chose a RF side ended up on GR side. My profile displays BL again, so I guess that is already fixed.
As soon as the entire RF is fixed, the ribbon should become available again.

When there is an announcement for RF Season 3 you will then be able to choose new sides and thus get the ribbon if you don't have one already.

Just be patient.
