Account problem old History....

I have a problem with my account,
i have create this account over 1year i have pay over 70euro (paysafecard) on the game ..but i move to new town and i was many mounth without internet.. i have give my password to goodl friend in CF... ok now over some months i have get internet and i want play my account but my old friend log out me evry time... i want change new email but i think i have forgott my email or i have change wrong email on registration i have the same problem with my security question.... what can i do to get my details back??
can the GM see who i have payment with paysafecard the ID? and how can i see my costum ID from paysafecard? if i donate again 10euro i get my costum ID?
