This error usually has nothing to do with your pc specs. Though your pc should be able to run this game at around 100-120 fps no problem with minimal graphics. Make sure you have no malicious programs running in the background, they tend to cause the hack tool. Sometimes AVG may even cause this issue because it kind of sucks. Make sure your antivirus isn't blocking HGC when it's running. Xfire can sometimes cause a hack tool if you're recording when it drains your pc of too much memory. Just got to turn off some programs that may cause errors.
