    Thats not even a bug as far as i know. That's just rival factions 'team'. -.-
    I think that is only telling us how much people are in Black List side in rival factions..

    Black List along with Global Risk are the two Rival Faction clans. They are clans that anyone can join (you have to choose one or the other) to participate in Rival Factions. This does not take you out of your actual clan.

    Once you join with Black List, led by Ghost, or Global Risk, led by AlexRoid, the symbol that represents the faction you joined will appear in the top right of your profile page. You will also earn your faction points when doing a Rival Factions mission. (There currently are no ongoing Rival Faction missions as of this post).



    TL;DR?

    It's not a bug.

    May i take the time to ask, when can we join rival factions? been like 3 days im trying enter in but we can't. Can we still enter???

    They will be restarting the whole thing again soon. With events and stuff, as soon as this starts they will allow people to join one of the sides.

    There are periods where you are not allowed to join a faction. This is for various reasons including stopping people from changing factions when the other is about to win instead of theirs.

    You should be able to join before the next mission starts up.
