M4a1 custom crystal not received

Please help me! I have 21 ribbons but i didn't received the M4 cc please did you have the same problem ? If i wait will i receive it? IGN=aaaaaa5678

I also had the same problem yesterday, i just sent a support ticket to see if it can be resolved. I have 21 badges as well, i was wondering if maybe it just takes a few days?

It would take up to 48 hours if it doesn't work send a Support Ticket which goes under Crossfire --> Complaints
