First off, watch the language on the forums that kind of thing will get you into trouble. Secondly your ping is either affected by your computer, or your internet connection. What are your pc specs, make sure you are not downloading, watch out for firmware/virus's. If your internet modem has crapped out, you may have to contact your internet providor to have it replaced, or to have the signal fixed. If something inside your computer is going bad this will also cause an issue with your ping. There are many issues that can be problematic.
