LOG IN/SERVER PROBlem

I start the CF and in the login I put my ID my pass, then I click OK, and nothing happens, I can't touch on the ID/PASS/OK, just on the "save ID" and on "EXIT"....sometimes I can enter, but when I join a server it blocks on the STEP4, sometime later it appears a message saying that the server connection time was exceeded, pls login again..... pls help me!!!!!!
