Hack Tool Detected???

I have a message, that Hack Tool has been detected on middle of a game. What that mean?
I haven't any Hack tools ... And I'm afraid that I will banned.

"Hack tool has been detected" is used for several errors, it doesn't always mean that actual hacks are found. Most of the time you won't have to worry
