So i recently got this error today , Saying File is changed . I tried Turning off my Anti virus Didnt work . I also tried running as Administrator No Help :c . Then i tried Reinstalling . Still no help ._.... Any Helpp ? o:

Standard solution:

Disable antivirus.

Reinstall.

Current solution:
Substitute the file that it says you are missing for msvcr100.dll

Delete the msvcr100.dll file in your CF folder. Retry loading, it should say the same thing exept that the file will be : msvcr100d.dll; Delete this file too.
