CF Patcher V5 not running

Hello, Im having a problem while trying to download patch. My CF patcher V5 opens up, but closes a few seconds after, without any error or message. I've uninstalled and downloaded CF from 2-3 different mirrors, but same thing all the time.

If this helps in any way, when I open my version file in CF folder, it says:
[VERSION]
LatestVersion = 1087
MinimalVersion= 1077
OwnVersion = 5

What antivirus program do you use?

dosent mean anything. what you do is to download from Minor 1 server.

I use avast anti-virus. Also, I dl'd from mirror 1 east and the same thing happens again. Patches just wants to download that 1087 version (and he isnt succeeding). (Mirror 1 has 1085 version)...

theres a few things you can try
-1 obviously restarting comp
-2 if your useing windows vista/7 try running it as admin
-3 redownloading but you said u already tried that.
-4 disable your antivirus and see if it works

and thats all
