ZP problem, please help

I bought a visa gift card ($50) and used it to buy 50k zp (I have done this before) and this time it said my payment was voided and I would not be charged, but when I checked the visa giftcard site, it said I was charged for the zp. And now I can't buy anything with it because there is nothing... I used that buddy pay thing
