Why do you think cheaters cheat

First you can get your hands on alot of free cheats/cheats that require you to do survays(if your good at them you will have no trouble at it)
If they didnt patch farming tools they wouldnt be so much hackers
If i still cheated(i dont) why not? i loved seeing people rage..wanted to explore all different types of hacks to see what i could do in CF my fave: Flyhack(different to fly glitch
),masterghost,remote kill,opk,long knife..(always on alts but alts with my name on it) Main got banned at lt colonel 6th, made some more hacker freinds and we would hack togthere 
was a fun time though, it just lead to more bans/faster bans
I didn't know you can do survey's to get cheats. I thought they were mostly trojans, (most of them are). You can get your account stolen by them. -
What if we create a Honorable soldiers' server and clan server, and require a certain level of rank to join. This should help because:
1. It takes time and effort to achieve a good rank. If they create new accounts, they still can't join the Honorable soldiers servers.
2. If they spend their time and effort to get the rank, they will lose their ribbons if they get caught and will be denied access.
3. Honorable soldiers' Clan wars will be less infested with hackers as well.
What about players who lost their honourable soldier ribbon for other reasons? I've never hacked, even on ALTs, but i don't have mine for annoying a power-mad ex-moderator. -
But do u think those who "hack" should at least know how ping works?
How many 10 year olds do you think understand computers at all?
Now ask how many from developing countries that are now just starting to get public computers in the last 7 years that would know about computers.
For many, just calling others cheaters and searching for cheats is easier then learning about anything.
Many should know how ping works but there is a lack of information on how it affects this game. And how it affects the game can look a lot like hacking to the uninformed.
For many it is easier to blame someone else for their problems then themselves.
Easier to cry hack and hack in response then admit that it is their own location that is causing the issue. -
What about players who lost their honourable soldier ribbon for other reasons? I've never hacked, even on ALTs, but i don't have mine for annoying a power-mad ex-moderator.
Send a ticket to get it back if that was the case. I don't see why they won't give it back to you if you didn't cheat. -
I mod my other games I play (For example I often alter unit health, damage, speed, distance of firing, etc, for C&C generals zero hour) It is great fun to see what you can create....For the aspect of cheating, I guess they get a thrill out of beating their enemy by gaining an advantage. I do not cheat myself, this is a multiplayer game, not really amusing when only one side has the advantage. At least in the single player I give both sides the same increases.
Now wouldn't that be a neat concept. A cheat that gives everybody in the room the same advantage, haha. -
