Forgot my e-mail adress

I forgot my e-mailadress and possibly the pass of that emailadress.
Obviously I do remember the account name and password.
What can I do ? I know this is a tricky subject seeing people get scammed a lot. But this is really my account. I do fear someone can aces it. I might have shared this account once upon a time (like a year ago), seeing I suddenly have 100k GP less and I got logged out while getting the message this account was logged into while I was playing. Could have been just a bug.
