HGWC - Timed Out Waiting For Initialing XTrap-Engine

I'm Not New to the Game; I bought a new pc; went downloading CF and what i got; the very first time i start the game; is this nasty error; I've Tryed Everything I Could Remember; and Believe me, I'm not bad at computers; anyways here is my specs:

Graphics Card: NVidia GeForce GT 540M - 2GB
Processor: Intel Core I5 2.93 GHz
Windows 7 Home Premium

I was able to run this on my old pc with Win 7 Home Premium too; but my friend wans't ; now i got my new pc and im not too!

The Error is a White box with title : HGWC

This Text: Timed Out Waiting For Initialing XTrap-Engine.

And a OK box; nothing more.

Plz Help?
