As i'm sure someone will point out sooner or later.
We're not allowed to discuss Characters and features that are not yet in our version. That means we can't discuss about upcoming characters from different versions of the same game.
However, on another note. It's impressive you were able to come up with that theory! -
I believe he is allowed to talk about it, just not allowed to have screenshots of it.
Also, he doesn't appear to have inside information, he is just forming theories, so I don't think that is against the rules either.

OT: We won't be getting FOX.. It's already been said by GMs that the character has been deemed as to provocative for this version. It's like the Barrett, we're just not going to get it.

SPOP-X, maybe. If we do, then I need to get it. xDMeh. They're lazy. They can just change the damage and all that for the Barrett. However, I don't want the FOX in this version. -

It's ironical that this is a violent game, with bloods spewing on each shot, that a female character will stocking is too provocative.
How is it that Fox/Fowl is allowed in China, where p-o-r-n-o-graphy is a felony, and not allowed in the North America, with most p-o-r-n-ography in the world.
Should people be upset that Victoria's Secret store is not 18+ only to enter. -

In case you don't get my drift, I said China is way more conservative than the NA. EU is the most liberal place in the world, them do anything they want. For example, Scandinavian countries legalized gay marriage as early as in the 60's.
If a very traditional and conservative China can have it, NA can should have it without a moral issue.
It may seem like a big deal at first, but people will get over it quickly. -
If we're actually getting one, I'd rather choose Fox since she's a normal character with no advantages with it compared to Spop-X where she's gonna be in the Blackmarket with upgrades like decreases smoke, 100% exp up etc...(which people would make threads about it complaining....)

But we're probably not getting a new character for some time.
