Crossfire keeps crashing on me

It's happened since I got my laptop back from getting repaired. It's the same as it was before I had it fixed, but it doesn't let me run crossfire.
I installed crossfire, and it would run perfectly for about 5 to 10 minutes, then it would crash.

And I would try reopening it, but it wouldn't let me. I would have to restart the computer in order to open it again.
I've tried uninstalling it and installing it multiple times now, still happens.

Anyone know what might be happening?

Well, I can take screenshots, but the problem is that after the game crashes, sometimes it looks normal. But other times you can see the difference. I'll still try to get that screenshot for you.

The status of my pc is this...I'm using PC wizard, so you might be able to see all the stats.

Your PC seems fine but try to use directx 9, the newest ones are good but there may be some buggs
    1) try to get a screen shot(is sometimes seem not to be normal because right now
Cf cant run Window Aero so it is run on Window Basic so the toolbar seems weird
    2) i think screen shots are the best to show why
    3) try ro run with gamebooster3.0

But DirectX isn't the problem. Because it happened before I even installed it.
I just opened crossfire and it crashed, but it isn't letting me take a screenshot.
It's really weird because after crossfire crashes everything else stops working efficiently.
    it's hard to explain.
Is there a program I can download where I can record this happening? So I can show you.
Oh and I knew about the Windows Aero thing, it happened even before I got my laptop fixed.

Thete is this thing called FRAPS, it is not free but there is a few sec where you can record. Is there a message it send to you. Try end some of the useless stuff that takes alot of. Internet speed(task manager/ processor)
Also are you openning any social life programs like skype, teamspeak, or MSN
  • For this camstudio will suffice and it is free. Also xfire is free.

No, the only thing open is Crossfire, when I'm about to play.
It doesn't say anything, just stops working, it, literally, crashes.
Like I said, none of this used to happen before. So I don't think it's any of those things.

Those programs can record anything I'm doing on my desktop?
Cause I want it to record when the game crashes and how everything else stops working efficiently.
