Is there a specific reason we can't put things like GIFs into our sigs? I'm not trying to sound like an entitled brat or anything, I just wanna know.

Only Mods/GMs can put pictures in their sig.

Back in the subagames days, if you were active on the forums and helped out or made some posts that became a sticky or something the like, you'd get something called karma. If you managed to gather 30 karma, you were able to use a picture as a signature.

On these forums they removed that system (bring it back please?) but I hope they are going to make an alternative.

I managed to get 28 karma (FUUUUUUUU) before they switched to z8games.
