Kicked from games

I've noticed this alot more lately since it's been happeing to me.Everytime i play a game where i kill people with ranks way higher then mine i get accused of hacking and that player begins to use abusive language towards me and constantly begs that i should be kicked from the game.
Why should i suffer both constant abuse and idiocity when i kill someone and then get kicked from game just because i killed them.I don't consider my self a pro as many players call themselfs but i find that not all players with high ranks have an apropriate skill level which results in them becoming stupid once they die and instead of trying to get better they just get you kicked.
Also i noticed that some players also try and have you kicked from a game when you kill them through smoke.For those who don't know this you can shoot through smoke and if you concentrate on one spot and shoot there every few seconds you are bound to get a lucky kill.But it's your own fault for dying because smoke draws attention and people are more inclined to shoot where there is smoke so stop getting thick over that fact and think before saying anything cause more than likely it's your own fault for dying.
So would it be possible to town down the kicking of players when they are clearly good and reserve it for people who hack.

Trust me, some of us hate the kick vote system a lot, as lots of legitimate players get kicked though the abuse of it.

I'd bet some of those "kicking players" don't see this thread. -.-

Just one more thing, when u put ur crosshair on the enemy, there shows up a enemy IGN. So it isnt hard to kill throw smoke, just had to move your mouse lil bit and look some easy picks

this is how i use smoke, now that ppl have blue smoke that makes me lag and d/c, waiting it out on a different FPS

The kicking is good measure against hacking

The sad fact is that even high ranked players complain alot over being killed by anyone cause they most likely "farmed" for the rank.They really should accept that their skill level is going to be very low compared to most since they actually didn't try getting better :P

Yeah smoke is quite easy to kill through.Especially with DSR if you keep on at it at the same spot

And yeah it was in abit a venting thread cause i just got slightly annoyed over some player throwing abuse at me over a kill.It was kinda funny cause he started saying "i hope your mom dies!!!".Didn't know that moma insults were still around :P

And to be fair i feel honoured that a mod posted on this matter

Ban everyone who constantly averages a three digit ping and I would be willing to bet that 50-90% of this problem goes away.

Now that is rather unfair despite the fact that they lag.Peopel need to learn to play in appropriate servers.And some actually don't have a great internet connection and try to get by with what they have so that is no real reason to do that.

I can't finish one game of Mutation or Hero Mode without getting kicked, simply because I'm good at the game.

Fix your game Z8, it's no fun when you can't finish one game. The vote should require at least 70% agreement to kick someone, as it is it only requires 50%.

This sharply affects how much ZP people buy, if people get kicked because they're using ZP weapons, THEY'RE GOING TO STOP BUYING ZP, AND YOU'RE NOT GOING TO MAKE ANY MONEY.

Life is unfair and sacrifices must be made. I could have said ban everyone with a ping of 80 or more - I'm actually allowing some flexibility!

If my ping were 80 or more I would quit and find another game. It's no different than having enough RAM or having the right video card - some people are out of luck. So what.

(PS: I'm just being a troll because I'm bored. I'd never really consider banning anyone because of ping)
